Prior to our arrival we emailed back and forth which was always prompt and professional. Upon our arrival to BKK they collected us from the hotel and from the moment we walked into their shop we felt warmly greeted and were genuinely treated with care and respect. They have a vast range of fabrics to suit everyones budget. We opted for premium Italian cashmere wool. We ended up purchasing 3 x suits with additional pants and 5 x shirts. The process was very professional and organised with two initial fitting in store followed by three additional in our hotel room. Overall a very pleasant experience and quality tailoring. I knew I was in for an exceptional level of service when I was collected for my first meeting ( and thereafter for all my fittings ) Toy, the driver who looked after me was absolutely adorable.
